1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the services provided by Digital Craft Services ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("client" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.1

2. Services: We offer logo design, branding kits, website creation, and social media management services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

3. Client Responsibilities: You must provide accurate and complete information required for project completion. You are responsible for timely feedback and approvals. You own all content provided to us.

4. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, you receive ownership of final delivered designs and website files, subject to any third-party licenses. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

5. Payment: Payment terms are outlined in project agreements. We require upfront deposits for certain services. Late payments may incur fees.

6. Revisions: We offer a specified number of revisions per project. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

7. Refunds: Our refund policy is outlined separately. Due to the nature of digital work, refunds are limited.

8. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of2 our services.

9. Termination: We may terminate services for breach of these terms or non-payment.

10. Changes to Terms: We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.

12. Project Abandonment: Projects with client unresponsiveness over 30 days are deemed abandoned, and no refunds are issued.

13. Third Party Services: We may use third party services. Clients are responsible for adhering to those services terms of use.

14. Warranties: We warrant professional services, however, do not guarantee specific outcomes.
