Digital Craft Services' refund policy varies by service. Logo/branding: partial refund before final files, none after. Website: partial refund pre-launch, none post-launch. Social media: no partial month refunds, setup fees non-refundable. All requests must be emailed. Refunds, if approved, processed within business days. We may refuse unreasonable requests. Unresponsive clients forfeit refunds. Disputes resolved via direct communication. This policy may change.
